Your order is packed in an eco-friendly insulated box with dry ice to keep it frozen during transit.

How long will my seafood stay frozen during shipping?

Our packaging is designed to keep your seafood frozen for up to 3 days of transit time.

When will my order ship?

Please provide 2 business days for order processing. We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

How long does processing take?

Please allow 2 business days for processing after placing your order.

What shipping methods are available?

Customers in MT, ID, WY, ND, OR, WA, and UT can use UPS Ground. All other states must use UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
