At Peeler's Wild Alaska Seafood, we're committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality seafood. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, no matter where you are.
Your order is packed in an eco-friendly insulated box with dry ice to keep it frozen during transit.
Our packaging is designed to keep your seafood frozen for up to 3 days of transit time.
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Please allow 2 business days for processing after placing your order.
Customers in MT, ID, WY, ND, OR, WA, and UT can use UPS Ground. All other states must use UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Yes, we'll provide tracking information via email or text when your order ships.
You can keep your seafood frozen for as long as you need without losing quality or freshness.
Yes - after placing order, please email info@peelersseafood.com to request pickup.
Include your town & order number.
Upon in-cart pickup - we will refund your shipping cost.
If you miss our next stop in your location, we will ship your box direct to the shipping address provided.
You will get an email/text reminder the day before pickup.
